Day 67

Today it rained pretty hard. At one point I couldn't see anything in front of me and actually had to stop for a few minutes. One road that I went down was flooded so bad that the water was coming up the the door of some of the cars. Luckily I have a truck and drove right through it! ;)

Day 66

I was sitting on the couch and made the comment that my tummy wasn't feeling well. Gabriella went to the kitchen and brought me a bowl, which is what I always do for her when she's not feeling well. ;) She's so sweet sometimes! I am truly blessed to have such a thoughtful little girl!

Day 65

Today Gabriella and I finally got to get out of the house and have some fun! First we had a birthday party to go to at the bowling alley, and then we went to spaghetti night. Spaghetti night is a small group from Mana Church. It's always fun to go there for good food, fellowship, and a time of prayer.

Gabriella had a good time bowling. She really loves to bowl. I guess we should go more often.

She actually bowled pretty good.

I absolutely LOVE this picture! I think it's one of my favorites. She looks so happy and carefree! It is so good to see her smile!

OOOOPS!!!!

So I stand corrected on what kind of tree I have. My Daddy has informed me that it is a flowering Bradford Pear tree, not a Dogwood! Heh heh!

Day 64

Ahhhh, the first signs of Spring!

My tulips from last year are coming back! Yay! Flowers always make me smile! Especially when they are ones that I planted, and didn't kill! ;) My thumb is not so green!

My pretty Dogwood tree! Ok, so it's not as big and fluffy as all the other ones in the neighborhood, but this is a special tree! My Daddy brought it all the way from Virginia about 3 or 4 years ago and planted it for me! It's still alive! He gave me very specific instructions on how to take care of it. He is the best! I <3 my Daddy!

Day 63

We are watching Pastor Dan's dogs. They are Peanut and Jack. Of course Gabriella loves them because  they are small and love to be cuddled!

Jack, the bigger one is my favorite! Gabrielaa like Peanut and carries her where ever she goes. She even sits in her lap during school work.

Gabriella and Peanut are taking a little nap. It has been fun having small dogs around, but I think I like my big ones better! ;)

Day 62

Today we had the Fishnet Homeschool group Enrichment Day. It was a great turnout. Gabriella really enjoyed all of her classes. She did origami, grammar, science, and sewing.

This month they are making oven mitts to match the pot holders they did last month! I am sure going to have a trendy kitchen by the time we are done with ED. ;)

Day 61

Day 4 of antibiotics and her eye still looks like this. :( Poor thing, I'll be glad when these things go away.

Our little friend is trying to come visit us again!

It wont be long before he will be in our yard!
