Gabriella went to horse camp with the Homeschoolers today. She absolutely loved it!!! First they have to brush of the horses and get their saddle on them.
As you can tell, she is enthused about it! Haha
The horse was very dusty!
Gabriella rode Pepsi, which seemed to be a good fit for her. Pepsi was very calm and laid back!
Here Pepsi is all saddled up and Gabriella is walking him out (all by herself) to get some water.
Next they have to clean the stables out and feed the horses. She was not too happy about all the horse poo, but I thought it was quite funny!
Gabriella is checking on Pepsi to see if he is drinking water.
Now she's ready to go!
She needed a little boost to get up there.
Gabriella was still a little skittish of the horses, but did very well. She went on her first trail ride, riding the horse by herself without someone walking the horse. I was so proud of her!!!!!!!
By the end of the day, she was walking around the stables like she owned the place! She hopped down off her horse by herself and took Pepsi by the harness and lead him back to the stables to take his saddle off. She really has come a long way! She cant wait to go back!!!!
